The villa incorporates two large living areas (one with a sofabed), spacious kitchen, private screened swimming pool with spa and patio, breakfast nook and a games room. Four large bedrooms (one king and en-suite, one queen and two twin) and three bathrooms, complete the impressive specification of this elegantly furnished, spacious, single storey executive home.

Including linens and towels, you'll find everything you need for a memorable family holiday. The swimming pool (which can be heated at cooler times of the year), spa and patio are the perfect place to relax after a day at the themeparks and from which to enjoy golden sunsets.
For those days when you want only to unwind or if the weather's not so good, you can watch TV (with hundreds of channels to choose from!) or DVDs in air conditioned comfort or for the young (and young at heart) play air hockey, foosball or table tennis in the games room or the Nintendo Gamecube in the living room. A selection of games, discs and books is kept in the villa.
As part of our new cable installation, you have access to free broadband internet in the villa, meaning you can bring your laptop and keep up to date on weather, flight times, themepark opening hours, etc or even emails if you want to tell the folks back home what a great time you're having. Also included are free local and long distance telephone calls to the US and Canada.
Those with a youngster in their party will appreciate the complimentary provision of a highchair and travel cot and a fully equipped laundry will make sure you return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Gas barbecues are available upon request and we can even arrange for basic groceries to be there on your arrival.
