Rates for your stay vary according to the time of year, as follows:

Off Peak         January - February                           £67/US$115

Low                March - April                                    £73/US$120

Peak               Easter, Christmas and New Year   £90/US$160

As some rates are negotiable dependent on length of stay and time of year, please contact us for a quotation.

Above rates are per night and subject to change at short notice.

There is no minimum stay required, however all stays of 4 nights or less attract a cleaning surcharge of £40/US$80

Pool heating should be booked in advance at a cost of £13/US20 per day.

Gas barbecues are available at a fairly nominal cost and a quote will be provided on request and we can even arrange for basic groceries to be there on your arrival.

All rates include appropriate taxes.
