Rates for your stay vary according to the time of year, as follows:

Off Peak         January - February                           £70/US$120

Low                March - April                                    £77/US$125

                       November - December

 

Mid                May - June                                         £80/US$130

                       September - October

 

High               July - August                                     £90/US$150

Peak               Easter, Christmas and New Year   £95/US$165

As some rates are negotiable dependent on length of stay and time of year, please contact us for a quotation.

Above rates are per night and subject to change at short notice.

There is no minimum stay required, however all stays of 4 nights or less attract a cleaning surcharge of £50/US$80

Pool heating should be booked in advance at a cost of £14/US20 per day.

For a modest charge we can arrange for basic groceries to be in the villa for your arrival and a quote can be provided on request.

All rates include appropriate taxes.
